On our road trip to Niagara Falls, Paul and I stopped in one of his favorite towns, Stratford, Ontario. Stratford is home to a summer-long Shakespeare festival, and the banks of the river Avon are beautiful in the moonlight of a warm summer's eve. Ever since he was a child, Paul had had a fascination with this old tree, and he had dubbed it his wishing tree. I don't know if any of his wishes ever came true.
